The investigator Martynenko told the court how Pashinsky shot Himikos.
The Pechersky district court of Kyiv satisfied the petition of a senior investigator of the Prosecutor General Vitaly Martynenko to grant permission for the examination of documents medical examination of the citizen Vyacheslav Himikos after the incident with the Deputy Sergei Pashinsky.
This is stated in the court order.
So, according to Martynenko, 31 Dec 2016 17: 10 min. between the people’s Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Pashinsky and a citizen of Ukraine Vyacheslav Himikam who were on the road “Kiev-Odessa” near the village Halacha, there was a verbal conflict over the location of a vehicle “Volkswagen T4”. During this conflict Pashinsky got was for him the gun “Glock-19” and made a precautionary shot in air. After that, Himikus, holding a glass bottle of soft drink, approached Pashinsky, and it struck him a blow on the head. At the same time, Pashinsky, falling to the ground from of the strike, was shot in the left leg Chimicus, whereby the latter was injured in a gunshot fracture of the femur of the left leg.
To establish the severity and nature of injuries of Himikos the investigator of Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv region carrying out is appointed is judicial-medical examination.
Martynenko believes that the medical records may be material evidence of the Commission of a criminal offense and is necessary for establishing the severity and nature of injuries of Himikos.
