The fatal incident happened during a hunt.
It was in Oleshky, where a group of residents of the village Jubilee came out to hunt rabbits.
The dead villager 62 years old was as a beater, and his killer, along with several other hunters were moving to meet him.
Here and there was the fatal shot – a charge of buckshot from a distance of about ten meters hit the pensioner in the chest and put him on the spot.
In the Kherson regional organization of the Ukrainian society of hunters and fishermen confirmed that the participants of the hunt were members of the UHFA, and had a registered weapon legally.
In the Main Department of the National police of Kherson region do not deny it. However, the consequence still should find out a few weird moments, which do not allow to clearly consider the tragedy of an accident, not premeditated murder.
Hunting took place not in the forest or plantations, where trees are sometimes difficult to discern the man, and in the open field, but still with good visibility.

In addition, they say that between the killed and the killer was a family disagreement, and in a fit of rage the shooter’s hand could “touch up” gun. Although this version is subject to verification.
