The Foundation of mutual cooperation are destroyed, stated the Russian President.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that relations between Russia and the United States are at their lowest point since the cold war.
In his words, Washington and Moscow supports dialogue on international platforms – the UN, the G20, however, “the Foundation of mutual cooperation have been destroyed.”
Putin said that the situation collapsed when the contacts do not like neither Russian nor American business. He noted that strong bilateral trade links can provide a safety net against political fluctuations.
The Russian President said that Moscow will continue dialogue with the US President Donald trump on the normalization of bilateral relations. However, according to Putin, Washington will need the political will.
“But to succeed, we need serious efforts from both sides, will require political will, a willingness to address issues of mutual practical interest”, – said Putin.
