The President may speak for the second half of September.
In the second half of September, the Parliament is expected to address of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to the Verkhovna Rada.
This was during a meeting of the conciliation Council on Monday, September 4, said the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko.
According to her, now comes the refinement of text that should soon be ready. She recalled that parliamentarians should receive a message five days before the President’s speech. So the President may speak for the second half of September.
By the way, in 2016 the President of Petro Poroshenko made a mandatory annual address in the Verkhovna Rada on 6 September.
