The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed to investigate the possibility of taking North Korea Ukrainian missile technology.
About this he wrote on his Facebook on Wednesday evening, August 16.
“Instructed, without delay, under the chairmanship of the Secretary of the national security Council and defence of Ukraine (Alexander Turchinov – ed.) and with the involvement of the Interdepartmental Commission on policy of military-technical cooperation and export control, as well as SE “Yuzhmash” CB “South” to conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation of the situation and to report the results within three days”, – wrote Poroshenko.
He also noted that “no matter how absurd does not look the charges of Ukraine”, it is necessary to verify the information published in The New York Times.
“I am convinced that it will accurately confirm the artificiality of the assumptions about “Ukrainian trace” in the North Korean ballistic history and is likely to localize the real source and intent of this baseless fake”, – said Poroshenko.
