On this day in Strasbourg will be held the signing ceremony of the legislative regulations concerning the introduction of bezveza with Ukraine.
President Petro Poroshenko may 17 meeting in Strasbourg with President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani for signature legislative regulations on the granting Ukrainians a visa-free regime with the EU.
“The President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani will sign a law that excludes Ukrainians visa requirements for short stays in the EU. The event will be held on Wednesday, may 17, with the participation of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko,” – said in the European Parliament.
Yesterday the EU Council supported bezviz for Ukraine. May 17, this decision must be signed by the presidents of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU.
It will then be published in the Official journal of the European Union and in 20 days will take effect. As said Poroshenko, since June 11, Ukrainians will be able to travel to the EU without visas.
