The Russian newspaper “Kommersant” reports that the presidents of Russia and Ukraine Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko continues to talk on the phone — and the last such conversation took place in the first half of April.

According to the newspaper, the conversation concerned the situation in the Donbass: “to Any specific agreements could not be reached and the only issues on which the sides managed to move forward was “some of the humanitarian aspects”.
