Opel has begun testing a new generation of the compact crossover Opel Mokka X, as evidenced by the spy photos, available on the Internet. In some markets the model is sold under the name Buick Encore.

Unfortunately, the car “wore” a strong camouflage so it will be hard to say something specific about its design. The only thing we can say for sure – design will undergo significant changes, but will remain traditional.
We somehow have the impression that the new Opel Mokka X in size will be slightly larger than the model of the current generation. We cannot be certain, as camouflage can mislead us.
It is expected that the sales of the Mokka X new generation will start in 2019. This means that in 2018 we can expect the debut of this novelty. The Germans tighten will not be, as the segment of compact crossovers is now very tight, so manufacturers need to constantly maintain interest.
