In the Podolsk region, the man gave jealousy fire in the street.
As specified law enforcement officers, the local police Department called the citizen, who reported that near the baths on the ground lies a beaten man, and next to it is a hunting rifle.
At the location, police established that local resident tried to shoot his ex-wife that is jealous of another man. To do that prevented him and the bullet hit the ground.
The scene seized a shotgun and other items. Previously this man was prosecuted for illegal possession of drugs and weapons.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) and part 1 St. 263 (illegal activity with weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are carried out. Man detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine.
