Six officials from China’s Hubei province was punished for sleeping in a meeting on ways to motivate a slow and lazy civil servants.
The incident occurred in the district Xiangyang. One of the sleeping men, according to the information received, the Deputy Secretary of the Communist party of China in the Bureau of city planning. Another to serve as Deputy Director of the Fund, subsidizing housing for disadvantaged citizens.
The guilty officials as decided by the disciplinary Bureau of the local branch of the Communist party should publicly apologize and send in a Committee letter-criticism.
