Workers Okeanskogo police arrested five teenagers aged 12 to 15 years that destroyed the cemetery of the village Beacons Okeanskogo area for fun 38 places.
During establishment of all circumstances of this incident revealed that the older of friends in the evening suggested for fun to go to the cemetery and destroy a few monuments, to which the latter agreed.
When they entered the territory of the cemetery, a 15-year-old destroyed the first monument on the grave, and thrice striking his leg. Other teenagers started to smash the gravestones.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 297 (desecration of the grave, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of freedom restriction for a period of four to five years or deprivation of liberty from four to seven years.
