The official was detained “on hot” during the next illegal sale of weapons
On Tuesday, June 13, militiamen exposed the head of the company, which was engaged in illegal sale of firearms. About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev.
The official was detained “on hot” during the regular illicit sale of weapons. Over 66 thousand hryvnia head of the firm, which specializiruetsya on the production of weapons, tried to sell the combat Makarov and TT handguns, and the gun Schmeisser designed for shooting rubber bullets.
Now the employee is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. He is preparing a message of suspicion under part 1 of article 263 (sale of firearms without lawful authority) of the criminal code of Ukraine and the petition for election measures of restraint in form of detention.
