March 8 in the capital are preparing many surprises for the ladies: in the city will be colourful events, exhibitions and concerts.
According to the statistics of Kiev, it is women who make up a large part of the population of the capital city (see infographic). And to surprise them will start today. At 14:00 on the Bridge of lovers in the Groin Park will set a new record — “the longest compliment to the woman” for the Book of records of Ukraine. “32-year-old businessman from Berdichev Alexander Dudnik addresses it to his girlfriend Zoryane. The compliment will last about 10 minutes, during which not should be no repetition,” — said the representative of Narendra records.
GIRLS ONLY. Several exciting events will take place on 8 March in the capital. At 8:50 near the building on Khreshchatyk, 27 start “the most beautiful race of the year” — “Girls on the run!”. Participants with bright make-up and skirts will overcome the distance of 4 km and 8 km
At 12 o’clock near the building of Kyiv city state administration will hold a Big women’s rally. This is a competition car, which will involve only women. Dozens of carriages will pass through the streets of the capital about 70 kilometers and will give the audience unforgettable emotions. And on Sophia square at 11:00 near the monument to Bogdan Khmelnitsky will start a feminist March for women’s rights and against violence.
MUSIC AND PORTRAITS. In the Park “Feofania” (street of Academician Lebedev, 32) on Wednesday at 13:00 invited to the “spring Festival”. For guests on a big green open-air stage will host a concert by Charlie Band. “Adults will be able to listen to cheerful Ukrainian songs that will be performed to the accompaniment of saxophones and drums. Here, from 13:00 to 16:00, you will see dozens of impressive photos and participate in the campaign “Portrait of a beautiful woman.” Professional photographers will shoot everyone, and later you can get your photo on the memory.
