The Bank Firtash suspected of involvement in the embezzlement of funds allocated for the plant businessman.
National anti-corruption Bureau suspects bankrupt Nadra Bank in the embezzlement of 400 million UAH allocated by investors for the creation of subsidiaries of the Zaporozhye titanium-magnesium plant (SMTC). This follows from the decision of Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv on the case of N1 – KS/760/6666/17.
Both the Bank and the mill owned by businessman Dmitry Firtash.
The detectives NAB has established that officials of the plant together with the staff resources, the company Sintez Resurs, as well as those which were presented on behalf Tolexis Trading, carried out the embezzlement in the amount 399,9 million UAH allocated for the implementation of the strategic program of development and technical modernization ztmc. Funds allocated Tolexis Trading as a contribution to authorized capital.
The investigation found that all transactions were through accounts of these companies in the Bank Nadra. The scheme consisted in the fact that the company is a Synthesis of the resource received from the Bank loans that are used to purchase foreign currency with its subsequent withdrawal outside Ukraine.
