“This decision will have a good impact on the personality development of the child in contemporary media space, its culture, moral and intellectual qualities. It also diversifies the leisure of young people of Kiev will improve his education, is an alternative to computer games and smartphones,” – said the author of the petition Natalya Yakovchuk.
