Video of the incident was published in Kiev an Operational group on Facebook.
“Oleg Leonidovich, the Chairman of the house on Bereznyakovskaya str 22, called the Patrol Police to record and make a pit in the yard. Arrived on the scene the patrol did not find a common language with the Complainant, the victim, the police refused to show their identity, were extremely friendly and not rude, in consequence of which there was a verbal altercation which ended with the beating of the applicant,” – said the activists.
According to the applicant, the patrol didn’t want to come to the call.
