Police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of injury by a pupil of one of schools of the Shevchenko district of Kharkiv.
On it the correspondent of UKRINFORM said the inspector, communications division police cupola in the Kharkiv region Olga Grabar.
“Information about the accident came to the Shevchenko police Department on April 7th. The mother of 10-year-old boy claims that her son was beaten by the teacher. The child’s mother provided a statement from a medical card, which indicates that the boy was diagnosed with a bruised chest,” said the inspector.
The teacher, in turn, insists that did not touch the child, but only “talked to him, closing in SanomaWSOY”.
“The fact brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 St. 125 (intentional slight bodily injury) of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – said the inspector.
According to her, law enforcement officers interviewed all parties and witnesses.
“Now militiamen establish circumstances under which the child was injured,” explained the inspector.
In the case that the result will be proved the involvement of the teacher to the student’s injury, she faces up to one year of correctional labor.
