Behind the concrete fence was 17 people
In Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, drug addicts forcibly kept in “rehab”. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.
“During the search established that the area around the perimeter is fenced by a high concrete fence topped with barbed wire. On the territory of the above-mentioned address in one of the rooms with bars on the Windows and front door found content in captivity of about 17 people”, – is told in the message. As it turned out, the room was rented out to the public Association
“Help Zaporozhye” for provision of treatment for drug and alcohol addiction. Any documents and permits to provide law enforcement agencies the founders could not. Patients said that they were forcibly detained more than four months. Open criminal proceedings under article “illegal deprivation of freedom and content for a long time.”
Recall, a resident of Transcarpathia was beaten and held in bondage to man. According to the head of the Kremenets investigations division of Maxim Schur, cause misunderstandings between the two Transcarpathians were financial matters: one of them had borrowed another large sum of money.
