In coordination with the city authorities, from April 10 to consumers Shevchenko, Obolonskyi and Podilskyi districts of the capital will be discontinued supply of hot water for the hydraulic test of heating systems.
“Hydraulic testing is a diagnostic method that is applied annually immediately after the end of the heating season and through August, to proactively identify and fix prior to the next heating season, damaged and worn areas of heating systems”, – stated in the message.
According to regulations, the tests are carried out using supply water temperatures up to + 40 ° C, with a high of 25% pressure. So technologically it is impossible to test heating without turn off the hot water. The testing schedule is agreed annually with the Kyiv city state administration.
From the 10th-16th April, testing of heating systems will be carried out from the district boiler-house “the Youth”. In this regard, starting from 16:00 on 9 April began cooling system with subsequent shutdown of hot water to 55 homes, 8 hospitals, 1 kindergarten, 2 schools and 65 departments of the Shevchenko district.
From the 10th to the 24th of April testing of heating systems will be conducted from the heating station No. 2. Since 12:00 April 9, supply of hot water is temporarily stopped for consumers 69 houses, 8 hospitals, 6 kindergartens, 4 schools, 78 departments Obolonskyi district; 229 houses, 5 hospitals, 7 kindergartens, 6 schools, 249 agencies Podolsk district.
