“In my opinion, the whole apparatus of the national security system of the United States, the State Department and all our partners are well aware of Russia poses a threat,” he said.
Yatsenyuk also stressed that now “we are working on the strategy of how to force Russia to fulfill the Minsk agreements”: “Putin has no desire to return to Ukraine the Ukrainian territory”.
“So everyone is aware of the immediate threat that Russia is to Ukraine, member countries of NATO and the group of seven. And this was confirmed at recent meetings of the countries-members of NATO and the group of seven” – he stressed.
“Nowhere in the agenda of the question of lifting sanctions against Russia. Now on the agenda – to force Russia to restore territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state”, – said Yatsenyuk.
