The area of ground fire is about 25 hectare
In the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on the territory of Lubyansky forestry continues fire, whose area reaches 25 hectares.
Reports a press about it-service gschs of Ukraine in the Thursday, June 29.
“On June 29 at 12:35 in the exclusion zone and unconditional (obligatory) resettlement on the territory of Lubyansky forestry pre-during the industrial deforestation to build the railroad there was a fire debris of wood and forest litter, which is spread on an area of about 20 hectares”, – told the Agency.
According to them, as of 18:00 the area of ground fire is about 25 hectares and spread the riding – an area of about 0.5 ha.
To extinguish the fire attracted 102 people. personnel and 22 units of equipment, including from gschs 63 personnel and 11 vehicles, including a helicopter and 2 aircraft. Additionally alerted 50 people personnel and 10 units of equipment of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr regions and Kyiv city.
