In Ternopil, a 32-year-old citizen of Congo, who is illegally in Ukraine, was severely beaten by a police Lieutenant.
“On August 10 in Ternopil regional hospital contacted detective Ternopol militia. The patient was diagnosed with closed craniocerebral injury, brain concussion and a bruised forearm,” reports Ternopil police.
As it turned out, the policeman together with his colleagues found an illegal immigrant on the streets of Ternopil.
The latter, at the sight of the police, lost control of himself, and beat the militiaman.
