The investigators Omsk region opened a criminal case on the murder of three men. In this crime suspected of a minor boy and his cousin, who lured victims to “conciliatory” picnic with shish kebabs.
“The investigation intends to address in court with petitions of election as the detainee of a measure of restraint in form of detention”, – reports the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC.
On 3 July the police asked the relatives of three residents of the village Milogradovka Pavlograd district, a 42-year-old resident of a neighboring village. They claimed that four men on the evening of July 1, left in an unknown direction and disappeared. The next day in the forest near the village Revealed-Pokrovka in a ditch was discovered car “VAZ-21130” 33-year-old missing men, which he is moving together with the 21-year-old and 29-year-old buddies.
“The investigation was entrusted to the investigator for particularly important cases of the first Department for investigation of particularly important cases (about crimes against the person and public security)”, – noted in the management of the RF IC. During search operations on 4 July in the forest were found the bodies of the missing men from the village Milogradovka “with injuries characteristic of violent death.”
Investigators also found that the murder of men involved in their 42-year-old companion, whom police wanted list, said his relatives. In addition, an accomplice of the suspect was his 17-year-old son. The evening of July 5 alleged murderers were arrested.
According to investigators, 42-year-old suspect, who previously had conflicts with the victims, “invited them on a picnic to barbecue and drink world”. In two cars the men came to the territory of the Hippodrome near the working village of Pavlogradka. There during the feast, the suspect together with his teenage son “treacherously attacked” companions, noted in SK the Russian Federation. One of the victims by the time slept in the car, and the two sat at the table. Criminals have caused to the victims of knife and gunshot wounds.
After the murder of the father and the son loaded the body of the victims in their car, drove 15 miles farther into the forest, where he hid the bodies. The car they drove to another deserted place, then disappeared.
Currently an investigator with the participation of the forensics and use of forensic technology examined the scene and the car seized evidence. A criminal case is being investigated under part 2 of article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder”)
