This conclusion was made after analyzing the water of the Nikolaev regional laboratory center of the Ministry of health of Ukraine.

The Nikolaev regional Council recommends to prohibit swimming and fishing in the waters of the rivers Ingul, the southern bug and the Dnieper-Buzhsky estuary. It is also recommended to eliminate the places of spontaneous trade in food products.
