On Sakharov Avenue in the Russian capital began a rally for the freedom of the Internet.
Its members are opposed to censorship and demand to cancel the “extremist” article 282 of the Criminal code.
According to the newspaper, the action was attended by about two thousand people. About a third of them supporters of the nationalist movements. On Sakharov Avenue also were activists of the “Parnassus”, libertarians and supporters of the Pirate party.
Immediately after the start of the rally were detained girls, who unfurled rainbow flags.
