Police arrested the head of a drug cartel.
Law enforcement-Mexico arrested one of the most wanted criminals, Julio Cesar Torres, the leader of the cartel La linea.
The Minister said that Torres was one of the main initiators of the violence that swept the state of Chihuahua in recent times.
The drug cartel La linea is one of the largest criminal groups in Mexico, the Juarez Cartel. It operates in the border with USA and the state of Chihuahua and is engaged in the transportation of drugs to the neighboring country.
Note, another leader of the same cartel Miguel Amaya Loya was detained in 2017.
