Restrictions will apply from today and will last until December 6.
In the capital from today, 3 December, will be limited traffic on the Vladimir descent, the press service of Kyiv city state administration (KCSA).
They are associated with maintenance work for replacement of valves with a diameter of 500 mm in the network on the Vladimir descent, installation of pressure regulators and replacement of the inlet to the pumping station, told the PJSC “AK “Kyivvodocanal”.
“December 3, scheduled testing of pressure regulators. Monday, December 4, will begin works on restoration of improvement, which will last until the end of Wednesday, 6 December. At the specified time, the movement will only occur one lane. Thursday, December 7, traffic on the Vladimir descent will be fully restored,” – said in the KSCA.
“Kyivvodocanal” recalled that valves in the network on the Vladimir descent operated since 1973 and was in poor condition.
As previously reported the press service of the enterprise “Kyiv metro”, Sunday, December 3, in connection with the conduct at the NSC Olimpiyskiy football match between teams “Dynamo” and “Mariupol”, there may be some changes in the work of the Moscow metro.
We will remind, on Christmas and new year holidays in Kiev will be changed routes of movement of some types of transport, but at the time of the Christmas and new year events the traffic on Khreshchatyk street will be allowed during weekends and public holidays.
