Militiamen carry out investigative actions
In Kiev, a man beat his wife because of jealousy and raped her. From the received traumas the woman died at the hospital.
This was reported in the police of Kiev.
Early in the morning in a call center of Shevchenkovsky police Department received a report that on the street novoukrains’ke a woman lying in the blood. Militiamen called an ambulance and left on a call.
The victim in an unconscious state was admitted.
According to preliminary data, the victim – 49-year-old native of the Kirovograd area, and had no permanent place of residence in Kiev.
It was determined that the woman drank alcoholic beverages with her roommate, 29-year-old native of another state, without a certain residence. Man jealous of his girlfriend, beat and abused her. The woman in the blood left on the street.
The man was detained, militiamen carry out investigative actions. The detainee said that he remembered nothing, but later confessed to the crime.
For the life of the victim, the doctors fought for more than a day, but the woman died.
Initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 (Intentional grievous bodily harm resulting in death of the victim) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
In addition, it was found that the detainee was previously convicted for theft. Now to it threatens till ten years of imprisonment.
As previously reported, under the procedural management of the Rivne Prosecutor’s office completed pre-trial investigation on the fact of deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm of a 32-year resident, which led to her death (a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
