In Khmelnytskyi region 5 may have occurred at once two accidents, which killed two workers.
The first happened at a construction site in Kamenetz-Podolsk, and the second – in the town of Starokostiantyniv during the repair of the road.
This is stated in the message of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Khmelnytsky oblast in Facebook.
In Kamenetz-Podolsk on the street Niginskogo highway near the supermarket “Silpo” to the construction worker crushed by fallen concrete slab.
“During the installation of the staircase on the victim fell down a concrete slab. 63-year-old resident of Kamianets-Podilskyi, worked with colleagues between 4 and 5 floors. The men were engaged in mounting the staircase. During the reception of the concrete slab she broke and fell directly on the victim. From the received traumas the man died on the spot” -it is told in the message.
On this fact police opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 271 of “Violation of legislation on labour protection” of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Now clarified all the circumstances of the incident.
Also on 5 may in the town of Starokostiantyniv on Gorky street during the repair of the road killed 56-year-old worker.
“According to preliminary information, during the repair of the road surface 51-the summer local, moving backwards on the car “ZIL” didn’t consider a road situation and did hit a 56-year-old man. As a result of arrival the victim received injuries from which he died in the ambulance,” the police said.
