Investigators of Prosecutor’s office detained the employee of the patrol police of Kharkiv suspected of the robbery (part 2 of article 186 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
“According to preliminary data, 62-year-old Kharkiv citizen was attacked during the night. The man pushed and ripped a gold chain. On suspicion in Commission of specified criminal offenses are detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine 26-year-old employee of the patrol police of Kharkiv”, – the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.
Currently the question on election of patrol measure. Conducted necessary investigative actions.
Pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings is made by investigative management of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region.
Meanwhile, in Kiev broke out one of the biggest scandals during the existence of the new patrol police. Detained five Metropolitan cops at the railway station of Kiev gave a real “terror” to passengers. Instead of trying to keep order, within a few months, they robbed and beat people, and right in the office.
