The new feature will allow you to never be late.
In “Google Maps” appeared alert that will notify you about the optimum time of exit in order to get to the right address at the appointed hour.
Activation of this parameter will allow “Maps” to automatically predict your estimated travel time and associate it with the current time and user location regardless of the chosen method of transportation.
— To enable notification, open the “Google Maps”
— Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) — “Notifications” and switch it to “on.”
— Now go to the location where you want to go
— Select your mode of transportation
— Go to menu — “Set reminder”
— Select one of the following options:
— If you are targeting at the time of release, click Administration
— If you are targeting arrival time, hit Arrival
Like all other innovations, this feature extends gradually and at the moment may not be available to all users. In addition, notification is available in the application “Google Maps” for Android as well as iPhone and iPad.
