47-year-old cyclist died at the scene, the police started criminal proceedings
In Vinnytsia region the drunk driver of the car “VAZ 2106” hit a cyclist. In the accident the victim from the received traumas has died on a scene.
“56-year-old driver of “VAZ 2106″ has made arrival on the cyclist who moved in the passing direction. From the injuries of 47-year-old cyclist died at the scene. Doctors it was established that at the time of the accident the driver was in an alcohol intoxication”, – militiamen noted.
The driver was arrested. Investigators opened criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the rules of road safety and death.
To the man threatens till 8 years of prison.
