The law is aimed at implementation of the framework Convention on the protection and sustainable development of the Carpathians and the Protocol on sustainable forest management to the framework Convention on the protection and sustainable development of the Carpathians, in terms of forest conservation.
The bill proposes to amend the Forest code of Ukraine, Code of Ukraine on administrative offences, the Criminal code of Ukraine, law of Ukraine “On nature reserve Fund”.
The document was adopted taking into account technical and legal changes.
