Ukraine appeal today.
June 10 Ukraine appeal the decision of the court regarding the litigation with Russia on a debt of three billion dollars that the government of former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych lent in his last months in power.
This was announced by Finance Minister Alexander danyluk.
London’s high court on March 29 agreed to consider summarily the claim of Russia to Ukraine regarding the debt in 3 billion dollars. The Ukrainian side has demanded full process, and urged that the accelerated court decision against the Russian claim to Ukraine would have been irrelevant.
In December 2013 the then President of Ukraine Yanukovych agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia will give Ukraine a loan of 15 billion dollars. through the placement of Ukrainian securities, which will buy the Moscow.
