Car well-known brand showed the fastest race in the world.
Bugatti has published a video in which Chiron hypercar set a world record for acceleration from a standstill to 400 km/h and a full stop. To gain such speed and to stop the car just left of 41.96 seconds.
“Chiron” was ruled by a former pilot “Formulas-1” Juan Pablo Montoya.
The Colombian rider spent the race without a helmet and overalls. The car was driven up to 400 km/h in 32.6 seconds, and the braking took just 9.3 seconds.
In total for overclocking and full stops it took 3 of 112 meters.
Bugatti Chiron was submitted in early 2016. The car is equipped with petrol unit with four turbines with a capacity of 1 500 horsepower.
The coupe can accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and its maximum speed “for security purposes” is limited at around 420 km per hour.
