All the suspects in the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg arrested.
The court arrested all the eight detainees in Moscow and St.-Petersburg on suspicion in participation in explosion in the St. Petersburg metro.
The petition for arrest of the six suspects, detained in St. Petersburg, considered the local Nevskiy district court. All six sent in custody until 2 June.
The result in court once again stated that the apartment where the suspects were detained, found an explosive device similar to that defused at the metro station “Ploschad Vosstaniya” shortly after the explosion at the “Haymarket square.”
In Moscow the petition for arrest of two suspects was considered by the Basmanny district court. He arrested both suspects until June 3. According to investigators, those arrested were in contact with the bomber of the St. Petersburg metro.
Five of six detainees in St. Petersburg did not object to his arrest. However, both arrested in Moscow demanded their release, they intend to appeal the decision.
Monday, April 3, at about 14:40 Kyiv time between the metro stations Sennaya square and Technological Institute in Saint Petersburg explosion. The Prosecutor General’s office qualified the incident as a terrorist act. In the attack, according to the latest data, 14 people were killed and over 50 injured.
