With one of the four guys who raped 14-year-old minor from the village Kryzhanivka, Odessa oblast, the victim allegedly wanted to live together.
This was stated by the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko.
According to him, that so long as the rape is not confirmed.
“It is established that an underage girl of 14 years had a relationship with 4 persons. Two of them are minors, and two under the age of 18. Confirmation intercourse we do not have, because she appealed to the police more than a day,” he said.
He said that all measures are taken to establish the crime.
“It’s the same kids. Need to establish objective circumstances. The girl then indicated that he wanted to stay with one of them even to live. Take mindlessly into custody of the children makes no sense”, – the Prosecutor noted.
According to him, until the moment of the criminal proceedings on this fact criminal charges of “Rape” changed to article “Corruption of minors”.
