Wednesday, may 31, at the entrance to Ukraine in Borispol airport border guards detained a native of the Caucasus, on the territory of the Russian Federation on suspicion of involvement in activities of a terrorist organization.
This was reported on the website of the State border service of Ukraine.
The man arrived in Ukraine on a flight from Ankara (Turkey). During verification of documents, it turned out that the passport of the suspect replaced the photo.
“In the course of filtration actions militiamen found out that the person is a native of the Caucasus region, in Russia and possibly involved in activities of one of the terrorist organizations”, – stated in the message.
The guards gave the information about the suspicious citizen of the Russian Federation in law enforcement.
