Ilya Kiva said that treason should be punished with death.
In Ukraine should be entered the penalty for treason.
The justification of this step, the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Ilya Kiva said in the air “Options.” According to him, otherwise should not be, because the country is at war.
“For treason is death. Other positions in our country should not be. Because we are now in a state of war,” – said Kiva. “Today, our best men, the flower of the nation, fall to the ground. Therefore, for treason should be death. This is a clear position,” he said.
Earlier, adviser to the Minister Kiva said he was ready to take the post of the chief of police Donetsk oblast Vyacheslav Abroskin, who became the Deputy head of the national police of Ukraine.
As you know, in the Ukraine abolished the death penalty on 1 July 2003. According to Amnesty International, prior to 1995, Ukraine was among the countries with the highest number of death sentences.
