It became known as it was possible to avoid the deaths of children.
The lives of three children who died in a fire at the Odessa camp “Victoria”, could save alarm value 1, 5 thousand hryvnia per month.
If the alarm was on, the tragedy could have been avoided. This information was shared by Director of “Ukrtechpostach” Igor Zhukov, who set the fire alarm in the Odessa camp.
According to him, the “Victoria” did not provide consent to the service of the alarm system.
“I personally approached the Director of the camp in order to sign a contract with him for maintenance and fire monitoring, and received the answer that the camp has no money, we must decide who will pay,” – said Zhukov.
