A number of activists have started to deliberately provoke police officers who provided protection of public events, and concert goers.
In Odessa on the fact of a scuffle with the protesters the police opened two criminal cases.
So, the investigators qualified the event as hooliganism, but also as a threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body.
“The concert was happening legally. Among the visitors were many women with young children. A number of activists have started to deliberately provoke police officers who provided protection of public events, and concert goers. Also, these citizens have made bullying, pushing, throwing eggs, shouting obscenities and insulted the guests of the event”, – stated in the message.
On this fact opened criminal proceedings on signs of part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) and article 345 (threat or violence concerning the employee of law enforcement body) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
