Austrian farmer Walter Gruell was engaged in unusual business — he started to produce Golden eggs.
Unusual delicacy is made from flakes of dried gold and white caviar that comes from sturgeons are albinos. The product is sold for 200 000 euros per kilo.
Golden caviar is a fine powder of Golden color. It is possible to prepare Golden butter sandwich, add to a risotto, sauce or soup. It will give the dish an interesting color and original taste.
Gruel claims that caviar is produced from fish living in clean waters, and edible gold added not only for their beauty and value, but also to enhance the useful properties of the product – it is believed that gold strengthens the immune system.
