According to the text of the letter of the Ministry of justice of Turkey, the extradition of the head FETÖ a positive impact on relations between Ankara and Washington.
Turkey expects the US authorities to the speedy extradition of the leader of the terrorist group FETÖ of Fethullah Gulen. This statement is contained in a letter to the Minister of justice of Turkey Bekir Bozdag the new U.S. attorney Jeff Seshns.
The Minister recalls that Ankara had earlier appealed to the U.S. authorities with a request for detention pending investigation and subsequent extradition of Fethullah Gulen.
The letter notes that the Turkish side has also provided US with all the necessary documents in the case of Gulen.
– The provisional arrest and extradition of the leader of the terrorists (so the Turkish authorities called the ideological leader of the opposition of Fethullah Gulen, approx.) are important from the point of view of bilateral cooperation. I am sure that the results Gulen has a positive impact on the relations between Turkey and the USA, – stated in the message.
