The number of us military personnel posted to new bases, can reach 4,000 people.
The US army has studied two sites in Northern Germany on the subject of placing new American bases in Europe.
In particular, the us military visited the facilities in the towns of bad Fallingbostel and Bergen in Lower Saxony. These localities border on the great German landfill used for NATO exercises.
The number of us troops can reach 4000 which corresponds to the size of a combat brigade.
“At the moment no decisions have been made, we are only planning”, – reads the statement of the American command.
