Video is published in a microblog user Andrey Zakirzyanov on Twitter.
Video is a “lively” picture of the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Rex Tillerson. Was hard caricature. The original photo was taken in June 2012, when Tillerson spoke with Putin, still being the head of ExxonMobil. Also present at the meeting were Igor Sechin, head of Rosneft.
