The court adjourned the session until March 13.
On Tuesday, February 28, Starobelsk district court in Luhansk region has satisfied the petition of Prosecutor on extension of a measure of restraint in form of detention for the former head of fraction of Party of regions Alexander Efremov.
The court extended his arrest until 28 April.
The previous term of a measure of restraint elected Ephraim court Starobelsk, expired March 17.
Following the extension of the arrest of Ephraim petition of lawyers the court adjourned the session until March 13, so the defense could review the materials transferred to prosecutors.
We will remind, Oleksandr Yefremov was detained at the airport of Kiev on suspicion in infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine on 30 July 2016. He is charged with supporting the self-proclaimed “LNR”.
