British company The Great British Cheese Company has released fancy pink cheese with a taste of Prosecco and raspberries.
The company said, how did the idea to create this cheese.
“You probably heard about popular at Christmas is Wensleydale cheese with cranberries. Wensleydale cheese has a supple and crumbly texture and fresh milk, combined with fruits such as cranberries, sour taste cut through rich cheese taste, which leads to a balanced taste. The idea of combining Prosecco and raspberries with Wensleydale creates the same delicious sweet and sour combination of taste,” said the company.
