The bomber was deported to Russia from Turkey.
The suspect in the terrorist attack in the subway of St. Petersburg, Akbarian Jalilov had previously been deported to Russia from Turkey, where militiamen paid attention to him because some of his ties.
Jalilova were deported for violation of Turkish migration legislation, however, the intelligence of Turkey did not consider it a threat.
“It seemed that with him there is no problem. This man was sent in December 2016 for violation of visa conditions. The fine was paid, he was deported, prohibiting entry,” – said the Turkish official.
Recall that the number of deaths in the explosion in the subway of Saint-Petersburg made up of 15 people including the suicide bomber.
