Secretary General of the organization will be a Swiss diplomat Thomas Greminger.
The OSCE head will be a former representative of Switzerland Thomas Greminger.
The candidacy of Greminger agreed at the informal summit of foreign Ministers in Austria.
There is also agreement on the three vacant posts. Commissioner to national minorities will be ex-Secretary General of the OSCE Lamberto Zannier, the freedom of the media will be the representative of France Harlem Desir.
Bureau of democracy and human rights will be headed by the representative of Iceland, Solrun Gisladottir.
On 1 July, after the end of the term of office of Zannier, to reach agreement failed, because Russia and other OSCE member States disagreed.
