“Bogdan” is trying to terminate the contract with the Russian manufacturer.
The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has reached the automotive market.
As it became known, the equipment manufacturer “Bogdan” sued for “AVTOVAZ”.
Representatives of the Ukrainian corporations are trying to terminate the partnership with the Russian company. In 2011, the company entered into an agreement, according to which “Bogdan” was used in the development of “AVTOVAZ” in the production of their own cars.
Obviously, we are talking about the Assembly of the same name of the car “Bogdan” (pictured), which in Ukraine is collected on the basis of “VAZ” nodes. Apparently, “bohdanivtsi” is also used and is the intellectual property of the Russians.
Now “Bogdan” asks the court to recognize the agreement with “AVTOVAZ” is invalid.
While the judges on the side of the Russian concern – the Economic court of Kiev refused to “cancel” a contract. But nothing prevents the Ukrainian group to appeal this decision.
